Charles R. Maxwell II is a Florida native. He attended the University of Florida from 1991 through 1999 where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with Honors, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Juris Doctorate degree. Upon completion of his studies, Mr. Maxwell was admitted into the Florida Bar and immediately began practicing law in 1999. Jefferson Keenan received his undergraduate degree in philosophy and his law degree from the University of Arizona (summa cum laude). Mr. Keenan was an Articles Editor of the Arizona Law Review. In addition, Mr. Keenan was elected Phi Beta Kappa and Order of the Coif. He is a recipient of the University Scholarship Award and the Charles E. Ares Fellowship.
